ELIGIBILITY If a customer is unable to attend a concert without the support of a Carer, we will provide an additional Carer's Ticket at a discounted rate of 50%. Please note, all attendees aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over at all times, regardless of their Personal Assistance requirements. If an attendee aged 16 or under requires further assistance above and beyond their paying adult supervisor, they may be entitled to apply for a discounted Carer's Ticket. Carer's Ticket applications are assessed on a case by case basis. To apply for our Access Scheme, first purchase a standard ticket. Once you have purchased your ticket, we ask you to contact us by email with your details and supporting documentation for validation of your request. The Carer's Ticket can only be approved by the Administrative team. Please do not buy a ticket for your carer as this will not be refunded.
