CAN I BRING ALCOHOL / DRINKS? We have a fully licensed bar on site for your convenience, however should you wish to bring your own drinks, this is permitted. Customers are allowed to bring a small amount of alcohol onto site for personal consumption. We will carry out security searches at entry gates and confiscate any prohibited items.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED? With the exception of assistance dogs, no animals are permitted in the arena during the concert. No dogs are permitted at the Glamping site. Please do not leave your pets in your car.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS? All tickets are sent via email directly after your booking has been completed. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email. e-tickets can be printed out or shown on a mobile device for scanning. Please note that only the e-ticket containing a QR code will be accepted for entry. Confirmation emails will not be accepted. If you are having problems with your tickets please email

IS THERE ANY SEATING AVAILABLE? All our concerts are outdoor, non-seated events. Please feel free to bring a chair or picnic blanket for your comfort.

GROUP BOOKINGS If you’re booking over 20 tickets, you may be able to take advantage of our group discount ticket price. Please email us at to discuss your booking requirements.

CAN I BRING A PICNIC? You are free to bring your own food into the arena, we do however have some restrictions on items permitted on site. Please see our Terms & Conditions page and Prohibited Items pages for full details. The Cromer Hall venue does allow a small amount of alcohol/drinks into the venue for your personal consumption. In order to allow this BYO policy and to meet our environmental policy targets, we do ask all patrons to take home and recycle all items brought onto the site. We ask that you, where possible bring drinks in plastic bottles, cans or disposable, rather than glass. We will also have a selection of food vendors onsite for those who wish to travel light. We do have a licensed bar onsite as well as free water available from the bar.

IS THERE ANY CAMPING AVAILABLE? Yes, new for 2024 - onsite Glamping! Check out our camping page for options. Cromer Camping pitches or onsite Bell tent Glamping. Overnight camping is not permitted in any car park.

WHERE CAN I SIT? Your ticket has nothing to do with where you sit in the arena, it simply represents the price. The earlier you buy, the more you save. Please note that we increase ticket prices at the publicised dates, so to ensure you get the best value for money, make sure you book early.

DO YOU OFFER CARERS TICKETS? If a customer is unable to attend a concert without the support of a Carer, we will provide an additional Carers ticket at a discounted rate of 50%. For further details and how to apply, please see our Accessibility Info pages

PARKING INFOMATION Free parking is available at the Cromer Hall venue. This doesn’t need to be pre-booked. BLUE BADGE PARKING We have a blue badge car parking area, this also doesn't need to be pre-booked. Please see our accessibility info page for more details.

CAN I GET A REFUND? All tickets are non-refundable as stated in our Terms & Conditions which you agree to at the point of sale.

CAN I PARK MY CAR OVERNIGHT? Overnight parking is prohibited.

VIP MARQUEES All VIP Marquees are equiped with a 3m x 3m professionally installed marquee or gazebo. Each area is equiped with a light and a table. Each area has a small private area at the front. Customers also enjoy toilet facilities for VIP customers only. Customers are permitted to allow one car to park near the marquee to assist with offloading picnics and chairs. * Please note the marquee price is in addition to the admission price.

GAZEBOS No Gazebos are allowed into the arena. If you would like shelter, please see the VIP page which contains details of our VIP Marquee package.
